About Struck/Down

Struck/Down are a 5 piece modern metal / groove metal outfit from the heart of Kent, with clean vocals and heavy riffs. Drawing on their shared love of classic groove metal and modern metal, the band isn't afraid of utilising other genres in allowing them to make the music they want to. Notable influences for all members include: Killswitch Engage, Machine Head, Mastodon, Gojira and Lamb of God.

The band released the 5 track EP 'From Demons' in Nov 2021 having performed at Bloodstock Festival that year. 2023 saw the follow up Ep 'To Witches' get critical acclaim from the likes of Metal Hammer and ERB.

2024 showed no sign of slowing down with the releases of 'Wither & Buckle' and 'Kingdom of Glass' already! As well as supporting Raging Speedhorn at The Booking Hall in Dover.

With 2025 into 2026 being one of the most dominant years yet with the release of their new album "Queue For The Cure", available to stream now.
